Associated Press: Apple CEO resists ``greedy'' music companies seeking download price hike.

Apple boss Steve Jobs vowed Tuesday to repel ``greedy'' record companies' demands for higher music download prices, warning that any such move would encourage piracy.

Thanks, Steve, for keeping the music companies' self-destructive tendencies in check.
