On Open Source radio

I just got off the phone after an appearance on Christopher Lydon's Open Source radio, which airs on three NPR stations and should be posted online shortly. The subject? Today's Grokster ruling.

Also on the program were former MPAA president Jack Valenti and Michael Weiss, president of StreamCast Networks and a defendant in today's case. It seemed like a very good edition of the program. I'm on in the last 15 minutes.

The mp3 is up now, here.
