Open thread

Here's an open thread for anyone who wants to discuss Darknet or any of the issues raised in the book about digital rights, file sharing, Hollywood's clampdown on uses of digital technology, DRM, trusted computing, the broadcast flag fight (which is now moving to Congress) — or whether this is all a bunch of hooey.

Most readers will no doubt continue to post on entries that interest them, but I'll keep this thread open for the next few months for anyone who wants to weigh in.
